Roadside reflector posts are one of the most reliable GeoGuessr metas -- shape, color, and reflector placement differ sharply by country.

Austria bollards example
Austria
Look for a dark, almost blackish-red reflector paired with a black cap on top -- no other country combines both of these features.
Albania bollards example
Albania
A vertical red bar sits inside a black diagonal band that runs all the way up to the top edge of the post -- an unusual layout shared with only one other country (Italy). The back side swaps the red bar for white.
Italy bollards example

Shares Albania's distinctive vertical-red-bar-in-a-black-diagonal-band design -- the two are effectively identical and best told apart using other clues nearby.
